Our shipping rates for Australia-wide are as follows,

$3.00 Standard Flat Rate (No Tracking)

$5.50 Standard Flat Rate (Tracking included)

What are the processing times?

Due to the nature of our items being handmade and made to order, please allow 1 to 3 business days (stickers and decals) and 7 days for Personalised Ornaments, for your order to be handmade.

Once your order has been dispatched, the Standard Shipping takes approximately 3 to 6 business days for delivery (provided there are no postal delays). This is for Australia-wide only.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We plan to offer Standard Shipping with Tracking to New Zealand and The United States soon!

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you’re not happy with your order or your order has been received damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a resolution to your issue.

Please note, we do not offer a refund for change of mind, only in circumstances of loss or damage.
